Flying to Maine July 1st

We left home at about 11:00AM (a spectacular sunny day, we hated to leave!). Flew United to Chicago, a bit delayed by thunderstorms, but arrived in Portland basically on time. Picked up rental car and found the Comfort Inn. We can really feel the humidity!

Great views out the plane window on our way out of town. Good view of our neighborhood, and the road up to Bogus Basin!

The purpose of this trip is deliver Mother to the Vittum Hill Cemetery in NH and visit Jake in Rochester NY. Trip will be 8 days.
